- Ethical Conduct: You agree not to use the system to generate hate speech, harassment, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these safety principles.
- Student Honors Disclaimer: As a student prototype (SIT/NTU), this service is provided "as is." While we maintain high security standards, we recommend frequent local exports of your work.
PDPA Policy
WritingWord is committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. We handle your life stories with the dignity and privacy they deserve.
Data Collection
We collect your email address for secure authentication and your journal entries to facilitate narrative transformation.
Processing Purpose
Your personal data is used solely to maintain your manuscript archive and to optimize the AI ghostwriter for your specific voice.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
In compliance with the PDPA, we have appointed an official DPO to ensure your narrative sanctuary remains secure and private.
For access requests, data corrections, or withdrawal of consent, please contact the DPO directly via her SIT student email.
